SynZ ME, the space for mental health care through 'Activities'
“SynZ ME is derived from the combination of "Medical" and "Entertainment," resulting in the term "Meditainment," which refers to the utilization of activities as an integral part of mental health care.
As everyone knows, the primary method of mental health care is
receiving treatment from experts, whether they're psychiatrists or
psychologists. However, the utilization of activities as a part of therapy is
a relatively new and fascinating method. In reality, many individuals
have been attempting to improve their mental health through activities
by themselves all along. But today, having experts supervise these
activities can be more beneficial because they can help us gain deeper
insights more than just comfort. Along the way, we may also discover
certain aspects of ourselves or values.
Engaging in these various activities can help everyone learn how to
manage emotions and improve their mental health. And it gets even
better with SynZ ME, as it becomes a community that gathers people with
